How to pick a fair meeting time across time zones
Book inside the overlap when there is one. When there isn't, share the pain and mind the weeks the clocks change.
Take turns when there's no overlap
For a recurring meeting, rotate the early and late slots, so the same region isn't always on the 7:00 am or 9:00 pm call.
Watch the weeks when clocks change
The US and Europe change clocks on different weeks in March and in October to November. A standing meeting can move by an hour for some people then.
Once you've found a time
Copy it into the invite
Copy times puts every city's time and date in one block for your invite. Copy link saves the cities and the time, so whoever opens it sees the same plan.
Or skip the planning
Or send a Cal.com booking link. It shows each person your free slots in their own time zone, so nobody converts anything.
